Cameron Wales visits from Costa Rica

Cameron arrived for the Christmas holidays of 2005. The fun then started, as he placed himself in the galley, unvoluntarily mind you, and created the most amazing, exotic concoctions. The trouble arose when Warren, then Adam, jumped in to add their 'secret' ingredients. The boys' antics, and resulting peels of laughter, kept us entertained most evenings.

Cameron was never one to complain, and always leant a hand - a perfect guest. You're welcome anytime, Cameron. And make sure you bring that mean guitar sounding machine!

Touring Europe by Eurail

Will Kuekne of Naples, Florida, joined Adam and Warren for two weeks of touring Europe by Eurail Pass, which allows them to hop on and off international trains without following a predetermined schedule.

Will is a sophmore at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, pursuing studies in Resort Management. When not attending college, Will works as a professional chef at Hooters in Naples, Florida. While onboard Scud, he put together some very impressive meals in record time!

His humor kept us all in stitches, and he was always an excellent sport.

Sister Lisa Comes to Play in the Bahamas

My sister Lisa came to visit us in Georgetown, the Bahamas, early January 2008. She is from South Carolina, where most of my extended family members life in Myrtle Beach. Together, she and I dined, shopped, played the Australian didgeridoo at a friend's boat, trekked island trails, dove for conch, and yoger-ized our squeaky limbs in the wee hours of the morning. Always an adventurous soul, Lisa has always been my lifetime buddy at home, and I miss her already!

We hope she'll join us often. I've never laughed so much!
